All of our Year 9 students had the chance to develop their ideas for the Sani Station product during their Design & Technology curriculum time. The quality of the ideas produced in the time students had was outstanding.
Yesterday, some of our Year 9 students had the opportunity to take part in a live prize giving session via Microsoft Teams to celebrate the year group's achievements during Bradford Manufacturing Weeks.
Students were able to feedback to the competition organisers and staff & students from other schools taking part.
They were virtually presented with a cheque by Nick Garthwaite; Managing Director of Christeyns. The £500 prize money is being used to individually reward the students with stationery packs to promote them further developing their design skills and also to support development of our robotics extra-curricular provision with a new Lego Spike robotics kit.
