Mrs C Edwards: Assistant Headteacher
Catherine has worked at Beckfoot Upper Heaton for six years, first as a teacher of maths and now as an Assistant Head. Prior to working at Beckfoot Upper Heaton she worked on the Isle of Wight as Head of maths and in various roles across Wakefield and Leeds.
Catherine believes that excellent comprehensive education is the best way for all students to have the opportunity to succeed. Catherine feels privileged to have been able come home and teach in the area where she grew up, and to have the chance to support another generation with their aspirations.
