Creative education has the power to change and shape young peoples’ lives for the better. The UK’s creative sector is one of the fastest growing parts of the economy. The rapid technological developments of today’s fast changing world is rendering many traditional jobs obsolete and creativity is now recognised as one of the top three future skills needed to flourish in this changing world.

BUH is one if two schools in the country taking part in Design Lab Nation, a national school programme, working alongside Bradford Museums and Galleries and The Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Our ambition is to inspire the next generation of designers, makers and innovators preparing our students for future employment opportunities.

Design Lab Nation will open our students' eyes to a wider range of careers within design and allow them to gain a deeper understanding and application of the design process.
