Applying for jobs and apprenticeships? Reflect upon and provide practical examples of your communication skills, interpersonal skills, organisational skills, problem solving skills, ICT skills, resilience and self-management qualities gained from volunteering, work experience and extra curricula activities. Furthermore, do research into the company to gain commercial/customer awareness.
